Why Body Rock Pilates Studio?

Body Rock Pilates is a space dedicated to health, strength, and balance. Here, movement becomes a tool for empowering the body and clearing the mind. Through carefully designed Pilates training on equipment and on the mat, the studio gives every client a chance to build a functional, strong, and beautifully toned body. What sets Body Rock apart is the atmosphere, support, motivation, and sense of community. We nurture a healthy lifestyle, but also a feeling of belonging, because we believe the path to inner strength is easier when you do not walk it alone.

Minja Tadić

Founder and trainer

A former professional athlete and a master's professor of sport and physical education, Minja brings deep experience in Pilates, fitness, and working with people of different goals and needs. Her passion for movement grew out of a personal transformation and a desire to connect physical strength with emotional balance. Over the years, she has developed a distinctive approach that combines expertise, precision, and real understanding of each client. Body Rock is the result of her vision: a place where you do not just train the body, but also build trust, confidence, and inner calm. Minja does not see Pilates as a trend, but as a way of life and an opportunity for everyone to find strength within themselves.

Can I do Pilates if I am a beginner?

Absolutely. Our programs are adapted to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced clients. Instructors guide you step by step, with close attention to proper form and your personal needs.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. Everything you need is provided in the studio, including reformers, Pilates chairs, mats, and props. Just bring comfortable workout clothes and good energy.

How often should I train to see results?

For visible and lasting results, we recommend 2–3 times per week. Consistency is key, and within a few weeks you will notice better posture, more strength, and more energy.

Can I do Pilates if I have an injury or back pain?

Yes. Pilates is often recommended for back pain and during recovery because it strengthens deep muscles and improves posture. Our instructors adapt exercises to your abilities and pay close attention to the safety of every movement.

Is the number of spots in each class limited?

Yes. We work in small groups of up to 6 clients so everyone gets enough attention and a high-quality workout in a comfortable atmosphere.
